As anticipation builds ahead of the Hollywoodbets Durban July on Saturday, 4 July 2026, Saso’s Marquee Experience has unveiled its full entertainment line-up, luxury experience and premium partnerships that promise to deliver a great celebration of culture, fashion, music and hospitality.

Inspired by this year’s theme, Country Allure, and marking its place as The African Frontier, guests can look forward to a sophisticated celebration of African excellence where luxury, heritage, creativity and contemporary culture converge in one immersive experience.

Leading this year’s entertainment programme is global Amapiano trailblazer Kabza De Small, joined by an impressive line-up that includes DreamTeam, IAMBUKO, Funky QLA, DBN’s Finest, K.O., Sykes, GoldMax and DankieBoy, LeSoul, Benny Maverick, DJ Feel, Louis Ribs and SnowDeep.

Adding a unique cultural highlight to the day will be performer Zawadi Yamungu, who will deliver a specially curated Stella Moment in partnership with Stella Artois. Known for celebrating African heritage through powerful storytelling and performance, Zawadi’s appearance will honour identity, culture and African excellence through a captivating live showcase.

Guests can also look forward to a signature Moët & Chandon moment hosted by DreamTeam. The exclusive performance will see the group joined on stage by Donald and Loki, alongside additional surprise guests and perhaps an anticipated music appearance as they perform classic hit singles – creating one of the day’s most anticipated entertainment experiences.

Fashion with MaXhosa Africa

Beyond the music, Saso’s Marquee Experience will make fashion history through its partnership with MaXhosa Africa. Fresh from continuing its global rise and international acclaim, MaXhosa Africa will present its first-ever fashion showcase in Durban and at the Hollywoodbets Durban July.

The showcase marks a significant cultural moment for both brands and will see MaXhosa Africa bring its celebrated design aesthetic and distinctive storytelling to race day. In addition to the runway presentation, the brand will play a key role in styling elements of the marquee, transforming the space into an immersive expression of contemporary African luxury.

As the Official Cognac Partner, Hennessy brings its globally recognised legacy of craftsmanship to an experience designed to celebrate achievement and aspiration. And, Mercedes-Benz will ensure guests arrive in style to Saso’s Marquee Experience in the luxury and comfort synonymous with the iconic automotive brand.

Further enhancing the hospitality experience: Unilever’s Food brands Rajah, Robertsons, Aromat, Knorrox   and Knorr will collaborate to showcase a “Curated Flavor” experience that celebrates the beauty  of our local cuisines using South Africa’s number one food brands. The offering has been masterfully crafted by Chef Thuladu and Chef Sifiso Gwala  as a culinary experience that is born out of a deep love of community, and South African storytelling through the plate.
