29 September 2023 · 0 comments

With countless hiking trails crisscrossing Table Mountain there’s naturally a fair bit of wear and tear! Did you know that there’s a group called Friends of Table Mountain who help to maintain the paths? Funded by donations, Friends of Table Mountain works together with the Honourary Rangers to fix and build steps, repair boardwalks clear paths – all to ensure that your next hike or trail run is a safe one. You can view some of their handiwork on Devil’s Peak, Newlands Ravine, Rooikat Loop and Nursery Ravine – as well as the fantastic new stairs at Kloof Nek going up to Kloof Corner!
