This year, The DStv Delicious International Food and Music Festival Powered by LottoStar promises a vibrant fusion of flavours, sound, and celebration. On 20 and 21 September 2025, the iconic Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit will come alive with dynamic activations, festive experiences, and a rich tapestry of musical eras, genres and styles across two stages.

It’s in the South African DNA to embrace creativity that explores the intricate layers between the traditional and modern, youthful and nostalgic or international & local, and this year’s festival continues that trend. On what promises to be a spirit-filled Sunday, South Africa’s prized gospel group Joyous Celebration Rewind will spread upliftment with selected alumni, including the Idols South Africa and SABC Crown Gospel Award-winning Khaya Mthetwa.

Afterwards, Mandisi Dyantyis will grace the stage with his fusion of indigenous African music and jazz idioms. Zoë Modiga, a recipient of both Glamour’s Woman of the Year: Musician Game Changer Award and Standard Bank’s Young Artist Award in 2023, will complement this with her own stirring, Afro-realist take on jazz.

The fantastic musical pairings continue throughout the day as Lira continues her return to stage. Lira’s Afropop will offset the nostalgic hip-hop/soul of Lauryn Hill, who will perform with longtime collaborator Wyclef Jean as a guest.

Poised to turn the lights down low on a memorable weekend, the 8-time Grammy Award-winning Ms. Hill arrives on our shores alongside Zion Marley & YG Marley, as the duo make special appearances in celebration of the Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour. With hits like ‘Zion‘, the 70s-inspired ‘Doo Wop (That Thing)‘ and ‘Everything Is Everything‘, Ms. Lauryn Hill’s revered offering was selected as the Best Album of All Time by Apple Music.

Channel O Dance Stage

This weekend of extravagance is driven by the signature diversity of the nation, and even more excitement is to be expected from the eclectic talents who will strut their stuff on The Channel O Dance Stage. In The DStv Delicious Festival Powered by LottoStar’s true style, there’ll be a wide range of other experiences to sample too, with vibrant expressions of local food, art, and fashion to indulge in!

Picking up from the unforgettable moments of previous iterations, this 12th edition of The DStv Delicious Festival Powered by LottoStar will be an experiential weekend with timeless sounds, local treats and global acts.

“It’s incredible to be back at the iconic Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, and we can’t wait to welcome fans to a weekend that celebrates us all through music and food as we come together during Heritage Month,” says Funeka Peppeta, Marketing Director.

“We’re proud to announce the phenomenal artist lineup for Sunday, with Saturday’s main acts and the Channel O Dance Stage lineup to be revealed soon. This year promises to be an unforgettable experience — from the world-class music to bold culinary, art and fashion moments that reflect the rich diversity of our country and heritage.
