The Music Imbizo is an international music business conference and exhibition that includes a film and a music festival. The conference is hosted in Durban, South Africa, in the last week of August.
The Music Imbizo hosts various music industry stakeholders under one roof to map new and exciting ways for the music industry on the African continent. It is a platform to exhibit, network, share expertise and knowledge whilst doing business.
For the performing artists, it provides a stage in front of the most influential people in the value chain of the music business plus gives the artists opportunities to experiment with their own audience development.
There’ll be workshops, master classes and presentations that speak to issues and challenges of the continent, plus practical and relevant solutions for players in the value chain of the music industry.
